One Bedroom Plans 1B Lease

This 1 bedroom is 792-808 sq. ft.

Two Bedroom Plan 2A Lease

This home always occupies a corner with one wall curved around a corner entrance. The half bath and the connecting full bath are located between the two bedrooms. This gives access to tub & shower/privacy as needed. 820-830 sq ft


We will need to see valid photo I.D. to show someone around the property.

  • LEASE TERMS: Six or twelve months
  • APPLICATION FEE: $35.00 per Applicant, non-refundable. (See #1 below for additional details.)
  • HOLDING DEPOSIT FEE: $800.00 (Upon approval, Holding Deposit becomes part or all of the Security Deposit.)
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: Minimum $800 but depending on Credit and Rental History the deposit may be increased up to two times the amount of the monthly rent.


  • Residents are responsible for their own electrical, television, internet and phone connections.
  • 600 Front Apartments provides all water including hot water.
  • 600 Front Apartments pays for all regular trash removal and standard recycling.
  • Residents will be charged for the removal of items that cannot be recycled by our recycling or trash providers.
